The hotel was clean and had top-notch facilities. Parking was available and transportation was convenient. The location was great as it was outside of the downtown area, with plenty of off-the-beaten-path dining options within walking distance. The breakfast was enjoyable and the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The hotel staff, particularly the trainee, went above and beyond to assist me and provided all the necessary information. The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of the tourist area, making it easy to access the center of this city. The breakfast offered was plentiful, even during these uncertain times. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities was exceptional.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic, especially Massimo Merlini who went above and beyond to assist me. The location was conveniently close to the Tram and an easy walk to the city center.
