The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was great, within walking distance to the metro and tourist attractions.

We loved the fantastic location of this hotel. It was close to Penn Station, the High Line, and transit in the heart of a vibrant Chelsea neighborhood. We also enjoyed the cool and fun vibe of the hotel, as well as the well-designed rooms. The lobby area and great hall were impressive, and the food at the bar was excellent. The hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant, coffee shop, and gift shops on the premises. The large bathroom was a pleasant surprise considering the small room size.

We loved the location, close to Empire State and Fifth Ave. The hotel facilities were great. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to remedy the situation.

The hotel's location in bustling Midtown was perfect for accessing different shops and hanging out with crowds visiting just for a coffee or a drink. The lobby had a very unique feel, with people working on their laptops and/or socializing. The hotel facilities, such as the bar and restaurant, were awesome and added to the overall experience.
