We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property itself was very nice, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The pool area was great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the California sunshine. The front desk staff, especially Jerry who checked us in, were extremely accommodating and provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near the Van Nuys Fly-Away transportation service, making it easy for us to get to the airport. The hotel also offers a courtesy van service, which was a pleasant surprise and a great alternative to taking an Uber. the staff's customer focus and anticipation of our needs left us totally satisfied.
Nothing not to love. The hotel went above and beyond to address any discrepancies we encountered.
We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large TV. The location, right next to a small airport in Van Nuys, was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. Additionally, the hotel waived the daily parking charge, which was a thoughtful gesture.

The location was extremely convenient, especially for those flying into LA as it is close to the Van Nuys Fly-Away to LAX. Additionally, it was just minutes away from west LA, making it an ideal choice for those wanting to explore Universal Studios or the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met.
