The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. They were attentive at the front desk and when cleaning our rooms. The hotel's location was excellent, with the beach just a short 5-10 minute walk away and convenience stores within 1 minute. We also appreciated the availability of parking for a fee.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and offered great amenities including free wi-fi, a safe, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and toiletries. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, Ala Moana Center, and a variety of restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and even gave discounts at nearby restaurants with the hotel key card.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a block and a half away from the beach and conveniently close to transportation options like buses and trolleys. The staff members were friendly and helpful, with the exception of one engineer who was uninterested in assisting with the internet connection. The rooms were clean and well-set up, with a small balcony to enjoy. the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere and I particularly enjoyed the Wednesday afternoon cocktails, nibblies, and music, as well as the warm welcome from the manager.
Hard to think of anything. The hotel had no major drawbacks.
We loved the location of this hotel. It is conveniently situated right next to Ala Moana Mall, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The hotel's location at the edge of Waikiki away from the noisy busy part and close to the Ala Moana shopping center was perfect. I enjoyed being close to Ala Moana Center, wholefoods, and Waikiki. The staff were friendly and gave great advice on things to do and activities in the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offered a 15% discount for breakfast at the IHOP in the same building.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
