I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. From the moment I arrived, the valet service was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds that provided a true feel of the early century. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently located near various restaurants and shops, including a tiny gift shop within the Starbucks coffee shop. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to drop into a few places for adult beverages throughout the day without worrying about transportation.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
We loved the nostalgic and historical feel of the hotel, as well as the beautiful architecture. The grand pianos scattered throughout added a touch of elegance. The wrap-around veranda provided a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The proximity to the bathhouses and the National state park was convenient. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.
No extra blankets were provided despite multiple requests.

Being next to the gardens was a delightful bonus.
