The location of the hotel was ideal, being near all the shopping areas and the famous Duomo. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with the housekeeping staff doing a wonderful job of keeping it clean and well-stocked. The shower amenities provided were of high quality and added a luxurious touch to our stay. The staff, from the check-in staff to the restaurant/bar staff to the housekeeping staff, provided excellent customer service and made us feel special throughout our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The level of service and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. They were always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was impeccable. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, being in the center of the city and near the famous shopping street. The staff, including Sara, were incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations for dining.
