The hotel's location was perfect for me, not too close to the busy tourist attractions, but still within walking distance. The room was nice and spacious, with a cozy electric fireplace and a big hot tub. I appreciated the convenience of having a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker in the room. The balcony offered a pleasant view of a peaceful babbling brook. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I also found the parking options to be good.

I loved the river view from my room's balcony and spent hours sitting there, listening to the soothing sounds of the water. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful, and I appreciated that the trolley stops right next to the hotel, making it convenient for transportation. Additionally, the location of the hotel close to the national park was a bonus.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was conveniently close to downtown and within walking distance of shops. Additionally, the hotel provided a trolley service that took us midway to downtown Gatlinburg, which was a great help especially for our tired 6-year-old. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, as it was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast offered by the hotel was also enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant.
