I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just minutes away from downtown, a Starbucks, the freeway, and Edness Wilkes. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when a blizzard hit and we were stranded for three days. They took great care of us, providing extra lunches and snacks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the free room upgrade upon check-in. The breakfast provided was better than most continental breakfasts, and the wait staff in the cafe were responsive and pleasant. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and I loved the addition of the light around the mirror. The pool was a highlight for me, it was well-maintained and the water was warm. On Friday night, there was a live band playing, which was a great way to unwind after a long drive. The lady in the bar was fantastic in organizing our drinks and meal, and the breakfast in the morning was also great. The hotel's location was perfect for me, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The windows were soundproof, which was a relief as some areas in this city can be noisy due to the wind. The hotel offers a complimentary hot breakfast, which is a fabulous touch. The housekeeping staff and the maintenance team were friendly and helpful. I also want to mention Amber at the front desk - she was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.
