The accessibility of the property and the included breakfast were fantastic. The breakfast was substantial and could be enjoyed by the pool. The pool had disabled access and the hotel also had a laundry facility, which we found very useful during our stay. The location was great, right off of Palm Canyon Dr and next to mountain park.

I had a warm welcome at the hotel and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of food options and the staff was friendly. The room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and chairs. It was also very clean, thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was within walking distance of great restaurants like Mr Lyons and the Highwayman at Ace.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Palm Springs. The 24-hour pool was a major highlight for me, especially since I celebrated my 75th birthday there this year. The hotel provided amazing food catering, enjoyable music, and a fun-filled poolside experience for me and my family. The breakfast selections were perfect, offering waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, bagels. The location was also great, with close proximity to several good restaurants like Mr Lyons and the Highwayman at Ace. The room was comfortable and had updated features, despite the building being dated. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. The beds were comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel provided ample parking on site and was within walking distance to various attractions in the old town area of Palm Springs. The WiFi connection was excellent.
Hard to think of anything negative.
The hotel had a great location, close to all the Palm Springs attractions but away from the noise of downtown. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of tasty options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and excellent service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and everything I needed was provided.
Can't fault the property in any way.
