I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The lady at the front desk provided me with excellent service. Even though my bed preference was not guaranteed due to a busy period, she went above and beyond to ensure I got the two beds I wanted. The breakfast included with my stay was delicious, and the coffee was on point. The beds were super comfortable and spacious, perfect for a good night's sleep. The rooms had a heat pump in the master bedroom, which was great for regulating the temperature for our baby. The kitchen had everything we needed for our overnight stay, including coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and there were plenty of towels provided.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with everything spotless and tidy. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the two bathrooms in the family room, which exceeded our expectations. The free parking was a great convenience, and we appreciated being able to securely store our bicycles. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the motorway and close proximity to family. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to assist us, even late in the evenings.

We loved our stay here. The hotel provided all our needs - free WIFI, free parking, and a great price. It's a short walk or Uber ride to the city centre and local restaurants. The cleanliness was excellent, and the beds were comfy. The hotel's location to the CBD of this city was perfect.
