We had an amazing stay! The hotel's location was perfect, close to downtown Florence and offering a great view of the river. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with no noise from neighboring rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of choices for breakfast, served in convenient takeout containers, allowing us to enjoy it in the comfort of our room. The indoor swimming pool was also a great bonus, and we appreciated being able to reserve a time slot for a relaxing swim.
I had a last-minute work trip and decided to stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, right in town and close to everything. The made-to-order egg breakfast was a great way to start my day. The hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent service.
