I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and even had a sticker seal to show it had been properly sanitized. The hotel offered a complimentary grab and go breakfast, which was a nice touch considering the current restrictions. The location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of Little Italy and within walking distance of attractions like Seaport Village and the waterfront park. Plus, it was just a short drive to other major attractions in the city.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay with the hotel's great location close to the Gaslamp District, Little Italy, and the bay. The hotel was walking distance to the USS Midway, harbor cruise tours, and the lively neighborhood of Little Italy. The friendly staff were very helpful and accommodating. We also enjoyed being able to have a late-night swim in the pool with our family. The room was comfortable with two good-sized beds for our family of four. We found the breakfast to be good and included as part of the package. Additionally, the hotel's parking was convenient and although it required payment, it was worth it.
Hard to think of anything negative.
The location near the waterfront and Gaslight District was fantastic. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with environmentally-friendly practices. The comprehensive breakfast had many choices and the coffee was outstanding. The staff were friendly and efficient.
Nothing to fault.
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Little Italy and Harbor Drive. It was also conveniently close to public transportation, including the Hop On Hop Off Trolley stop and city buses. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a nice pool area and a hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even let us store our bags after checkout since our flight was later in the day.
Absolutely nothing.
I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and had a good amount of towels. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we had to add an extra night due to a cancelled flight. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and gave us just the right amount to start the day. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Little Italy and lots of nice restaurants. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the harbor and the ships which are now museums.
Couldn't find any faults at all. The stay was simply wonderful!
