We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the shuttle stop for the Grand Canyon. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette that was a nice addition. The hotel facilities were top-notch and more like a resort than any other hotel we stayed at during our trip. The outdoor and indoor pools were excellent, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and bar on-site. The staff, from the housekeeping to the concierge, were all friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. We were especially impressed with the concierge's knowledge and assistance in arranging our helicopter ride.

The location is perfect, being close to the Grand Canyon Park and providing easy access for exploration. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with a bar area and dining room that had a cozy fireplace, a fun family area for the kids, and an indoor heated pool. The food at the hotel's dining room was more than average, and the waiter provided excellent service.
