The hotel's location was perfect for attending a show at the nearby theater and exploring the vibrant downtown area. It was conveniently close to the Landmark Theatre and many excellent restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and cheerful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
Everything was spot on.
I absolutely loved the kitchenette in the room. It had a 2 burner stove and a fridge. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The staff, especially the egg chef, were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a fresh egg station and a variety of options. The location was perfect, right next to the best nightlife in the city, making it convenient to explore after a day of sightseeing.
There was nothing I didn't like.
We really appreciated the early check-in and the friendly professional staff. The corner king suite was spacious with lots of windows and natural light. The location worked really well for us, as it was close to the Erie Canal Museum and the Erie Canal Bike Trail. The hotel facilities were clean and the bathroom was spacious. The simple grab n go breakfast had a good variety of food options.
Almost perfect. However, the hotel seemed a bit dated and tired, despite some parts of the room being renovated. The bed sheets and pillowcases had noticeable creases, which made us question if they were changed after the previous guests.
