The hotel is located near the volcanoes and down the steep hills, providing gorgeous views. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities is top-notch. The staff at the hotel are attentive and caring. The parking and transportation facilities are convenient. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious.

The hotel's stunning location surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife made for a truly memorable stay. The mud 'bath' experience at the hotel springs was a fun and unique activity. The jacuzzi bath in our room provided a relaxing experience with a breathtaking view over the valley. The top of the world horse trek organized by Oscar was absolutely fabulous.

The location, tucked away in the middle of nature, provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
