The room was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the modern and well-decorated design. The balcony provided an excellent view of the Charles River, and the indoor pool was a great place to relax. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with a luxurious look and comfy beds. The hotel facilities were great, including a Starbucks on-site. The location near the river was beautiful, providing a peaceful and scenic view. The ease of getting to Boston was a major plus, as it was only a 20-30 minute drive away. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location were the best aspects of my stay.

Absolutely nothing.
The hotel had clean rooms and good shower water pressure. The location was convenient, right under the main lobby, bar, and restaurant area. It was within walking distance of places to eat and near the river.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and addressed us by name when we called for room service. The room had a comfortable and cozy decor, with a lovely view overlooking the river. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle transportation to the nearby "T" station, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The concierge was helpful and the breakfast options were delicious. the hotel, staff, and amenities were great.
