The rooms were fantastic, with modern flair and touch screen controls for everything, even the curtains. The lighting was impressive. The food at the rooftop restaurant was great, and the staff, especially Romeo, made the dining experience memorable. The hotel had access to the Secrets sister properties nearby and was within walking distance to the Hard Rock Cafe. The beds were comfortable, and the room had tablet-controlled technology. The customer service, especially from hostess Shamar and the staff at one restaurant who sang happy birthday to me, was exceptional.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The rooms were spacious and had a huge comfy bed. All facilities, such as curtains, lights, and room services, could be managed with a tablet. The pool was lovely, and the view from the rooftop pool/bar was gorgeous. The staff was more than helpful and exceeded our expectations immensely. The food was very good with lovely presentation. The WiFi was great, and we could FaceTime our friends and family from anywhere on the resort. The shower had awesome hot water with great pressure. The drinks were strong, delicious, and plentiful. The butler service, especially from a butler named Paul, was top-notch and made our stay even more enjoyable.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The hotel facilities were modern and impressive, with touch screen controls in the rooms and a rooftop restaurant that was my favorite. The staff, especially Romeo in the restaurant, went above and beyond to provide an excellent dining experience. The location was also great, with easy access to sister properties and stunning scenery.
