The hotel was very nice, with clean rooms and a welcoming lobby. The front desk staff, especially a black foreign woman and Enrique, were extremely helpful and professional. They made me feel very welcomed and greeted me in a way I've never experienced before. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious lobby and plenty of seating. The elevators were also efficient, so I didn't have to wait too long to get to my room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the valet parking were incredibly professional and provided excellent service. The location on Dallas St, a major road in downtown, was convenient and close to many family attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The shuttle service offered by the hotel to nearby locations was exceptional. I also enjoyed the great water pressure and warmth in the shower, as well as the high-quality towels, beds, and pillows. this was definitely one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff sent me a welcoming and farewell text, which made me feel valued. The cookies were delicious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a great view and a lovely bar. The location was perfect, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, and even places to get ice cream or yogurt. It was the ideal spot to be close to everything for my fiancé and me. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next visit.
