The best aspects of this hotel were its excellent location just outside the train station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. It was also great to be in close proximity to all the main tourist sites, saving me time and energy. The modern and chic decor of the hotel, along with the clean and comfortable rooms, made for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the inclusive breakfast provided fantastic value for money.

Opposite Santa Maria Nuova station so great for getting trains easily. Maurizio who was so cheerful even at the end of his shift. Very close to the beautiful city centre. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions in the city. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train and bus terminals made it easy for day trips around the area. Moreover, I was delighted to find that the hotel had a coffee maker that served beautifully decorated and delicious coffee. the best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location within walking distance to many attractions in the city.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
We had a fantastic stay! The location, just in front of the main railway station, was perfect for us. It made our arrival and departure so convenient, and we didn't have to drag our luggage around the city. Plus, it was only a short 12-minute walk to the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery, so we were able to explore these top attractions easily.
There was nothing we didn't like. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and couldn't find any faults.
