I loved the tranquil and safe location of the hotel, right on the lagoon. The short driving distance from the airport and the convenience of nearby restaurants were great. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were a plus. I also appreciated the free shuttle service from the airport and the early check-in option. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I particularly enjoyed being able to communicate with them via text.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room was upgraded, modern, and very pleasant. The decor was upscale and there were different sitting areas. The gym, pool, and outdoor eating area were very nice. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the great coffee and tea in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when there was a mix-up with our room, they quickly resolved it and moved us to a lake view room. Additionally, the free transportation offered by the hotel to nearby restaurants was a great bonus. We were very happy with our overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a separate sitting area and a well-appointed bathroom. The lobby and dining area were also nice and clean. The hotel had great parking facilities and it was conveniently located near the airport. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any plane noise during our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in a bit early. The hotel had a luxury feel to it and was surprisingly quiet. one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!

The hotel was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that were comfortable. The staff were fantastic, accommodating early check-in and late check-out requests. The pool area was lovely and private, with a beautiful view of the lake. The food from the restaurant was very tasty, and the breakfast portions were generous. The hotel also provided complimentary ceramic coasters.
