The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Tracy, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate my room request and ensure our comfort. The location of this hotel is fantastic, nestled in a quiet and clean residential area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the large and comfortable rooms and refreshing air conditioning, were excellent.
Everything is exactly what I need and want.
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of electrical outlets, which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom had a large, modern glass-enclosed shower with great water pressure. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the Bethesda area. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the town's holiday outdoor decor and the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were also pleased with the hotel's cleanliness and found it to be a great value for its size and location.
Can't fault the property in any way.
Cleanliness exceptional. Comfy beds. Great location near shops, Starbucks, and Panera Bread. Walking distance to Rockville metro station.
