We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facility was very neat and clean, and the staff was extremely welcoming and cordial. We even received prompt assistance from two young men at the front desk, one of whom is an army medic. The hotel itself was physically attractive and spacious, and our room was neat, clean, and suitable for our needs. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area near the window. Additionally, the location of this hotel was great, as it was close to the airport but far enough away to not notice any noise. It was also located in a nice area, and downtown Southlake was easily accessible.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside the complex. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do, and it was also close to DFW airport. We didn't have any trouble finding parking, and transportation options were easily accessible. The breakfast provided was basic but satisfying, and the staff serving us were welcoming and friendly.
Nothing could have been better.
The hotel's modern decor and comfortable beds with plenty of pillows made for a fantastic stay. I requested a handicapped room with a roll-in shower, and it exceeded my expectations with its well-equipped features. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. One evening, when the bar wasn't serving coffee, the general manager personally brought us some on the house, leaving a lasting impression on our group. The hotel's location close to restaurants, shopping, and DFW airport made it perfect for exploring the area.
