I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The rooftop bar offered a stunning view of the downtown area, and the service provided by the staff was excellent.

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and charming facilities of this hotel. The rooms were cozy and the overall hotel design was unique, being located in a restored factory. I also appreciated the convenient parking options available. Additionally, the hotel's location provided a great view of the Dallas Downtown skyline. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly Jared and the other employee who assisted him. They were a valuable asset to the hotel and made my experience even more pleasant.

We were thrilled to check in 3 hours early after a long morning of travel. Plus, the hotel's location was ideal, just a quick 3-minute walk to the concert hall. The outstanding design impressed us, with its colorful and artful decorations throughout. The room had clever and unique designs, from the high bed off the floor to the spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly responding to our requests for extra towels. We also enjoyed the beautiful rooftop, even though we only saw it in the morning before it closed.
