I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with an outdoor seasonal pool and plenty of seating. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to everything in the city but away from the noise. The parking was convenient, with free parking available at the bottom of the hill. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, except for one lady at check out.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The friendly staff helped me out, even though one of them was new. The spacious and clean room had recently been renovated, and I loved the large balcony with a beautiful view of the city and rolling mountains. The location was great, close enough to walk to most attractions in downtown and just half a mile from the Gatlinburg Trail. The free parking was a bonus, and the hotel facilities were really nice.

The hotel's location on a hill on the edge of town offers breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. It is close to everything, allowing for easy access to downtown attractions. The spacious rooms with balconies provide a comfortable stay. Additionally, the friendly staff was always available to answer any questions and provide assistance.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in Gatlinburg. We could easily walk to the strip and explore the downtown area. The view from our room, especially from room 213, was absolutely breathtaking. We were surrounded by the peace and beauty of the mountains, which provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with our room being made and cleaned every day. Additionally, the hotel had a nice pool, although we were too exhausted from our activities to use it.
Almost perfect. Could have been clearer about the availability of the pool and its location.
