The location right beside Union Square was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a water refill station and complimentary coffee. The room, particularly the Romance Suite, was clean and had a good shower. Additionally, the staff was helpful and provided a voucher for 2-4-1 drinks in the bar.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The room and bathroom were well-maintained and the decor was pleasantly decorated. The hotel also offered free coffee, tea, and cookies in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to popular spots like Fisherman's Wharf and Chinatown.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right by Union Square and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The hotel is also close to trains, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Plus, there are plenty of landmarks and restaurants just steps away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was enjoyable. a fantastic choice for exploring this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The daily room service was efficient and added nice touches like a jar of lollies in the room. We loved the complimentary 24/7 coffee, tea, and ice-cold lemon infused water, as well as the apples and cookies in the lobby. Happy hour at the bar was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. We met other guests and enjoyed the engaging and knowledgeable bar staff. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Powell St. Station and other subway stops, with plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby.
