The Colonial House Motel features a daily continental breakfast. Subway is merely a 5-minute stroll away and serves American cuisine.

The property is placed about 70 km from McGhee Tyson airport and within 5 minutes' drive of such cultural venues as Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame and Museum. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast was really good. The location was also a plus, with a grocery store, lots of restaurants, and shopping nearby. Being close to the river was an added bonus, as it provided beautiful nature in walking distance.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the main strip and close to everything this city has to offer. It was very convenient to have Dollywood and Gatlinburg nearby, as well as being in the middle of everything for shopping, kid-friendly activities, and amazing restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the rooms being very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.
