The staff were friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was conveniently located close to Gaylords, Great Wolf Lodge, and downtown Grapevine. It was also just minutes away from the location. The breakfast provided was a pleasant surprise.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Cleanliness: Bathroom was very clean, especially the tub which is important when traveling with small children.
Hotel facilities: The pool was great for our young children, although it had a small repair needed.
Location on weekend days: Close to attractions like the race track, Gaylords, the Great Wolf Lodge, and downtown. Also within walking distance to nearby restaurants like McDonald's and a sushi place.
Staff: Exceptional and accommodating, they provided us with toiletries and shuttled us to nearby locations.
Not obvious to find.
The room was great - we had booked through a third-party site but the hotel upgraded us to a suite when they couldn't find our reservation. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and fresh room. Parking was free and the location was perfect, with easy access to the main freeway and a short walk to a nice pizza restaurant. The breakfast had a wide assortment of options, including eggs, bacon, waffles, breads. The staff was helpful and even offered us fresh cookies in the lobby. For my needs, this hotel was perfect.
Nothing to complain about at all.
