The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful design to the intimate vibe. The staff, especially Rodrigo, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the city center and the beach strip.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our time here. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the stunning rooftop infinity pool and the lush internal garden area. The location in the jungle was unique and added to the overall ambiance of our stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Tulum. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The room I stayed in was spacious and immaculately clean, and I particularly loved the large terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding gardens. The hotel facilities were excellent, with two stunning pools to choose from - a garden pool and an infinity pool. The location of this hotel within the city was ideal, as it allowed me to easily explore the nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Giovanna, was incredibly accommodating and made sure I felt well taken care of. They even surprised me with a birthday treat! The hotel itself was very new and had lovely decor. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. The food at the hotel's restaurants was delicious, especially the tacos and sushi. The location was perfect, close to both the town and the beach. The hotel also provided great transportation options and even arranged a taxi for me whenever I needed. The staff was always available and provided excellent recommendations and assistance. it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel is nestled in the lush jungle, creating a unique and tranquil atmosphere. The modern rooms are small but comfortable, and I loved having a private pool outside. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, especially the chia pudding. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore both the beach clubs and the town center.
Can't fault anything about it.
