The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and neat beds and a well-maintained bathroom. We enjoyed having access to streaming services like Netflix during our stay. The added security of key cards in the elevator was a nice touch. it was convenient that food delivery services were allowed inside the hotel, making dinner options easy.
Everything is what we need and want.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to easily find downtown tourist locations and explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant and the convenience of having a Starbucks inside the hotel. The hotel facilities were well kept and the room itself was wonderful, with a full-length mirror and a great layout for the shower and bathroom.

It was within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions, such as the Reunion Tower, The 6th Floor, and the JFK Monument. The hotel also offered valet parking, which was convenient for us. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the valet attendants to the front desk staff. The room we stayed in was beautiful and had a great view of the city, especially at night. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel, with a great selection of food, and the breakfast staff were attentive and pleasant.
