The personal at the hotel were super nice and welcoming, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful, especially being just by the lake. The location was perfect for someone like me, visiting the local mountains in the highlands. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of well-cooked food. I found the hotel facilities to be clean and the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location, with its stunning views of the Highlands, was breathtaking. Additionally, the breakfast provided a good variety of options to choose from.
For us, it was ideal.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast provided was good value for money. The hotel's location, although slightly out of town, was easily accessible by the local bus service.
Can't think of anything.
We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city on the west coast. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with hand sanitiser stations and screens in place, which made us feel safe during these times. The breakfast provided was great, with a variety of delicious options available. The hotel also had spacious rooms, which were very comfortable, especially after a long day of climbing Ben Nevis. Additionally, the hotel had ample parking and was conveniently located for the coach tours we had booked.
Nothing, everything was great.
The hotel had a fantastic location for a one night stop over in this city. It was conveniently situated, just a few minutes away from Fort William. The view from the restaurant was amazing, with a backdrop of mountains. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff provided excellent and quick service. We enjoyed a really good dinner and had a good choice at breakfast, apart from the tasteless porridge and not-so-nice scrambled eggs. it was a handy and clean place to stay.
For us, the hallway was a bit of a hassle to walk through due to the abundance of insects flying around.
