We had a fantastic stay! The quiet and relaxing atmosphere made for a perfect weekend getaway. The breakfasts were a real treat with different fresh and delicious options every day. The wine/beer/cheese offerings were a delightful touch, and it helped set the mood for our evening dinners. The location was convenient, with an easy walk to the shops, entertainment, and restaurants of this unique city. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a lovely spa smell as soon as we walked in. The staff, particularly from the restaurant, were outstanding, making us feel welcome and important. They took the time to get to know us and provided excellent service. The carefully prepared meals and drinks at the restaurant were also a highlight.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean and inviting pool and hot tub. The breakfast provided was superb and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to downtown and with easy access to transportation. I particularly want to mention David at the front desk, who provided excellent customer service.

In our centrally located room, close to Commercial St, we enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort, along with the well-appointed amenities. The hotel facilities, including the mineral soak tub, sauna, and steam room, were a great addition to our stay. The complimentary breakfast, with its made-to-order options, was superb. Furthermore, the staff's helpfulness and knowledge exceeded our expectations.
