We had an incredible experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast spread was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of options and beautifully presented dishes. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch and well-maintained. The location was ideal, with easy access to the stunning Baha'i Gardens and convenient transportation options to London and the Pilgrim Reception Center.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel perched on the Carmel mountain, offering a breathtaking overview of Haifa Bay. The location was perfect, away from the crowded Panorama Center shopping mall, yet conveniently close to all the main attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and well-designed room, as well as a fantastic pool to relax in. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh towels provided both during room cleaning and in the afternoon. The hotel facilities were great, especially the amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options and delicious desserts. The staff were polite and helpful, with some of them even speaking Russian. The parking was convenient and safe, perfect for our rental car. The location on Mount Carmel provided easy access to food venues, bars, and shopping, and it was easy to commute downtown using the nearby subway.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a spectacular view of the sea. The hotel facilities, including the pool area, were wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the Bahai Shrine, zoo, cafes, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the exceptional variety of fine cuisine dishes and styles offered at breakfast. The staff, especially Amir, Lior, Angelina, and Jessica, were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
