The staff was friendly and helpful, and could communicate well in English. The hotel was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for shopping, while still being quiet. The highlight was the onsen and sauna area, which we enjoyed a lot.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of Japanese and Western dishes. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the bustling Sakae district and easily accessible to transportation.
