We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was close to the Spectrum shopping center that we wanted to visit. The hotel staff, including Julie at the reception and the restaurant staff, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the hostess was professional and personable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities, including the comfortable bed and relaxing shower, were top-notch. we had a great experience staying here.

The receptionist, Chris, was exceptional and provided us with detailed information about the local sights. The room was super clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to Spectrum, a bustling area with a wide selection of restaurants and shops. Additionally, it was a short drive to the Irvine Spectrum, a massive outdoor mall filled with numerous shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a stunning lobby, a fantastic bar and restaurant, and comfortable outdoor lounge seating. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we were particularly pleased with the spacious room, comfy beds, excellent air conditioning, and the epic shower. The 60-inch flat-screen TV was a bonus, especially for my husband who enjoyed watching ESPN. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Julie and the restaurant team. Lastly, the hotel had a great pool and gym, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was perfect, as it was easy to access the freeway and it was near The Spectrum shopping center. The staff, from the receptionist Chris to Portia at the bar, were friendly and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Special shout-out to Portia for making us feel welcome and entertained. a fantastic experience.
