The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close to popular tourist attractions.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed and prioritized throughout our entire stay. From check-in to check-out, they were always there to greet us and assist with any needs. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the AC kept up nicely with the high temperatures outside. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a couple of blocks from Penn Station and two subway stations that provided easy access to various attractions, including Madison Square Garden and Times Square. There were also great dining options nearby, such as Vanilla Gorilla for coffee and Lazzaro for fantastic sandwiches. The overall experience was excellent and we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay! The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had a breathtaking view. The location was perfect, right next to the Metro and within walking distance to most tourist attractions in Midtown. No need to deal with public transport or taxis.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff was amazing, especially Idris from the front desk and the security guys. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with clean and quiet rooms. The location was perfect, very near the subway and most tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and the convenience of three elevators.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Patrick at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The view from our room on the 29th floor was absolutely stunning, and the mattress provided a comfortable night's sleep. We also appreciated having a coffee machine and refrigerator in our room. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Penn Station and the subway. Being in the heart of it all, close to Times Square and the Garment District, made exploring this city a breeze.
