The location was perfect for me as it was a short walk from the trolley station and there were good shopping malls nearby. The rooms were very comfortable and I was able to have an early check-in, which was great. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The parking was simple and there were plenty of amenities close by, including restaurants, a liquor store, and a cafe. The hotel also had room service, complimentary coffee, and a hairdryer. The shower had great water pressure. The valet and bellmen were a nice touch, and the complimentary cookies were a hit with the kids. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the zoo, Midway, and Balboa Park. The king suite was spacious and the breakfast included a variety of delicious options. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, especially during the colder mornings. The mall next door was convenient for walking to the movies. The staff was exceptional in every encounter, and the proximity to the trolley/train line was a real advantage. The room was comfortable and well-lit, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located so close to the trolley, providing easy transportation. We were pleasantly surprised by the premium experience we had at this hotel.
