Doubletree By Hilton Tucson-Reid Park Hotel

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tucson. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. They were knowledgeable and always available, from the front desk to the pool. The hotel had a great layout and was easy to navigate. I was impressed to see that they employed staff members with special needs, which as a parent of a child with special needs, I found to be incredibly inclusive. The room service crew did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean and tidy, and they were friendly and on time. The location was also great, with easy access to the airport and other attractions. The breakfasts were perfect and the tangerines from the citrus trees on the property were delicious.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a large and well-maintained pool, as well as a fitness center. Parking was ample and we appreciated being able to park our car outside our room. The location was central, making it easy to explore any part of the city. The staff at this hotel was excellent. Check-in was a breeze and they provided us with a room that had a stunning northern view of the mountains. They went above and beyond with their customer service, even texting us to answer any questions we had. On top of that, they surprised us with a thoughtful gift for our anniversary, a handwritten card and a bottle of champagne. We were also impressed by their attention to detail, as they researched specific points of interest for us and provided us with detailed directions. The pool and hot tub were spacious, and the lighting at night added a nice touch. Fruit trees scattered throughout the property added to its charm. Our King suite was spacious and comfortable, with two rooms and two bathrooms. The pillows were perfect and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in. we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we loved the fact that our King suite had two rooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for a group of four. The hotel's location was central, allowing us easy access to the dining area and other places we needed to travel to. Parking was ample and safe, and we appreciated the convenience of text messaging with the staff for any questions we had.
