I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a glass of champagne, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with sanitation stations at every corner. The facilities were brand new and impressive, and the location was perfect. Not only did they offer valet parking, but they also had transportation services available. The hotel's prime location allowed for easy access to the water park, beach activities, and all the fun things to do in this city. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great dining experience. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with modern design. We enjoyed the stunning ocean front view from our master suite, witnessing one of the best sunrises in Mexico. The rooftop infinity pool and oversized ground pool were fantastic, providing plenty of shade. The hotel offered a range of top-notch amenities, including on-site convenience stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and provided excellent room service.

We didn't feel the need to leave the resort as there were plenty of activities during the day and night to keep us entertained. The staff members were welcoming, friendly, and respectful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, we felt safe throughout our visit, with sanitation stations placed at every corner and the hotel exceptionally clean.
