We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The bathroom was a nice size, and the hotel was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room, which was useful for snacks and leftovers. The hotel's central location was perfect, with the campus and downtown within walking distance. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The staff went above and beyond during the happy hour, offering great food and drink choices. The parking was decent, and we found it convenient to use the pedestrian bridge from the parking complex into the hotel on the second floor.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown and the soccer fields at NAU. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and comfortable room, as well as a fridge and microwave. The parking was convenient, with a covered parking garage and direct access to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was pleasant and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and we were impressed with the well-maintained facilities. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was delicious. Additionally, the location just outside of downtown provided a peaceful atmosphere yet easy access to explore the city. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Everything is what we need and want.
The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early. Free drinks and breakfast were enjoyable. The thermostat controls kept us cool.
