The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and the hotel even provided assistance with carrying our bags up the stairs. The hotel also had thoughtful amenities like a coffee station in the morning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved every moment of my stay, from the cleanliness of the room to the oysters and beef carpaccio at the restaurant. It was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to return.

The hotel's central location in the heart of this charming town allowed us to easily explore all the wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from providing helpful recommendations to surprising us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. The hotel facilities were stylish and well-maintained, and the complimentary bikes were a fun way to explore the area. We loved waking up to a fresh cup of coffee every morning and enjoyed the beautiful view of the town green from our balcony.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cute and charming atmosphere. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, right across from the plaza with plenty of adorable shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff's communication before our arrival was fantastic, making us feel welcomed and valued. Our room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could start our mornings with a cup of coffee and unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine. The hotel even went above and beyond by remembering our note about it being my birthday and surprising us with a half bottle of wine and a kind card in our room. The staff were friendly and professional, offering great advice about restaurants and vineyards. this hotel is a hidden gem in a perfect location for exploring the surrounding area.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the town square in downtown Sonoma, across from the plaza. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially the night clerk Emma, were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the free coffee and tea available at the lobby throughout the day.
