We had an amazing stay at this hotel in downtown. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a layout that made us feel at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the common areas to the rooms themselves. The breakfast was outstanding, with made-to-order omelets that were absolutely delicious.

We had an incredible stay in this downtown hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, giving us a luxurious penthouse feel. The staff at check-in were patient and helpful, ensuring we understood everything. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a well-equipped gym that had dumbbells up to 50lbs, a great multi-unit Lifefitness machine, and various cardio options. The indoor pool was a fantastic feature and open until 11:00 pm, allowing us to relax after a long day. Additionally, the hotel's location in a great area right in downtown was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants, such as Crush, where we had a delightful dinner on the rooftop with live music.

The hotel itself is beautiful with spacious rooms that were perfect for my family of 5. The beds were super comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. In terms of cleanliness, the room was spotless and very well-maintained. The breakfast provided here was hands down the best I've had in all my hotel stays. The variety and quality of options were exceptional. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the pool, were top-notch, and the friendly breakfast staff made the experience even better. Another plus was the fast elevators, which were a big convenience for my family.
