The staff, especially the general manager, were wonderful. They were able to accommodate my request for a room on the first floor when I realized the stairs were too steep. The breakfast provided was more than just continental, with a variety of options to choose from. The room itself was super comfortable, especially the bed. The location of this hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions.

We loved the hotel's location, right in the center of downtown. Everything Newburyport had to offer was within walking distance, including the town center and waterfront. The hotel itself was clean and had excellent facilities, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Nothing not to love.
The location was fantastic, right in the middle of town with all the stores and shops within walking distance. The generous parking area provided me with peace of mind.
