We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to the American Airlines Center and within a few miles of the Meyerson. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed and a huge TV in our room. The staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the quietness in the room areas made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Almost perfect. The only issue we encountered was with the billing, as we were charged for a drink we didn't consume.
The room at this hotel was unexpectedly spacious, with elegant decor and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also lovely. The staff, from Phillip helping us with recommendations to Jaye who drove us around, were all friendly and helpful. Deangelo at the front desk provided excellent service. The hotel's location is central to the things I wanted to see and do, and there are great restaurants and venues within walking distance.

The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff, and the convenient location. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, from holding the door for me to giving me recommendations for places to visit. The location was perfect for what I was doing, as it was in the heart of the art district and close to everything I wanted to see and do.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and close proximity to everything. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a big outdoor swimming pool and a spacious banquet level. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I felt safe leaving my belongings in the in-room safe.

Phillip, one of the employees, went above and beyond by offering great recommendations for places to visit and sharing interesting information about the area. The hotel's location is very convenient, with many major attractions within walking distance. I enjoyed exploring the downtown area and found a variety of excellent restaurants nearby. Additionally, having a Starbucks on site was a nice bonus. The hotel facilities were up to Fairmont standards, and I particularly enjoyed spending time at the pool. this hotel provided a great experience at a reasonable price.
