We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The beach and poolside restaurant were fantastic, and we loved the extensive open seating area in the lobby. It was super comfortable and lovely. The hotel facilities, including the complimentary snorkel and boogie board equipment, were great for family activities. The breakfast buffet was good to very good, with an amazing omelette center. The staff, especially Eileen, who served us at breakfast, was accommodating and friendly.

In more than 35 years of staying at many, many Marriott properties around the world, Rosa is one of the most outstanding and memorable Marriott employees I have ever had the chance to meet. The hotel's extensive open seating area, which is super comfortable and lovely, provides a relaxing atmosphere to unwind. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near ocean liners and is right on a beautiful beach. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly.
All was good.
I loved that they provided a complimentary rollaway bed for my child, allowing my husband and I to sleep comfortably together. Additionally, the restaurant staff went above and beyond by offering me a free to-go cup of coffee early in the morning. The hotel's location near universal & IOA was unbeatable, as we were able to easily walk to these attractions. The water taxi and bus service to Volcano Bay were convenient transportation options. The hotel's music and pool were great, and the food was delicious. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The private beach and pool were fantastic for relaxation. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel had everything I needed, including a Starbucks and restaurant for all meals. They went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's birthday special by surprising him with chocolate covered strawberries and cake. I can't wait to go back.
