The hotel staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, providing excellent service. The hotel had a good selection of bars and restaurants, yet still felt intimate and elegant. The balcony was accessible and offered a nice view. The pool area had an awesome view and was surrounded by beautiful flowers, creating a botanical garden atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast and Sunday brunch at the Culina Restaurant were amazing. The hotel also provided a house car service for destinations within a couple miles.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff at this hotel were excellent, always providing discreet attentions and courteous smiles. They were efficient in accommodating my needs and made me feel well looked after. The hotel facilities were superb, with well-designed quiet rooms and extra comfortable beds. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout. The location was perfect, with Cecconis, Craigs, Ivy, and the Melrose Shopping Area all within easy reach. The hotel offers a Rolls Royce courtesy car for transportation, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a very nice outdoor restaurant next to the pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the greeters at the entrance were fabulous, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location in this city was perfect, with easy access to transportation and parking options available. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the overall experience felt like a luxury worth more than $500 a night.
