The cleanliness of the hotel, helpful staff, and serene atmosphere create a wonderful experience. Our kids loved the indoor pool and arcade. The hotel is ideally located for exploring nearby attractions like beaches and the Ronald Reagan presidential library. The staff provided great recommendations for dining and local activities.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
We had a fantastic stay over New Year's Eve in a Deluxe waterfall-view room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amenities like an indoor pool, arcade, nail salon, barbershop. We also enjoyed exploring the Japanese garden and relaxing in the private cabana areas. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially when we returned from the beach to find our room cleaned and organized. The staff provided excellent service, paying attention to detail and offering great entertainment options.

The cleanliness was above expectations, with the room being well-organized even after it got messy. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, addressing us by name and providing great service. The hotel facilities were functional, modern, and beautiful, including a fully equipped workout room and a great outdoor pool with attentive staff. The breakfast served on-site was reasonably priced and delicious, enjoyed while overlooking beautiful gardens and waterfalls.
