I loved how well the space was used in the apartment. Despite its small size, the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen were all well-equipped and comfortable. The TV swiveling into the wall was a unique touch. The communication before arrival was excellent, and we were even upgraded to a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with modern amenities. The linens were top-notch, and the bathrooms had amazing hi-tech toilets. The hotel provided complimentary snacks, tea, coffee, and water. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide range of options including Asian dishes. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing assistance with everything from organizing tours to serving coffee.

The hotel staff, especially Irene at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist us with finding information and even helped us celebrate a birthday with a customized cake and card. The suite was perfect for our family, with a spacious and clean kitchen where we could prepare meals for our young child. The location was great, with convenient stores and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation and parks.

The hotel was conveniently located near a park, making it easy to go jogging or enjoy some outdoor time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending nearby hair salons and foot massage places that were both chic and affordable. The hotel staff genuinely seemed to love assisting customers. The hotel's location was interesting, with a mix of high-end shopping and restaurants as well as local options. It was difficult to choose where to eat with so many great restaurants within walking distance.
