I had an incredible and hassle-free stay, thanks to the hotel staff who upgraded my room for free and allowed me to keep my baggage after check-out. The breakfast provided was amazing with a wide variety of food options for different nationalities. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to Tbilisi Mall and with easy access to good places outside the city, without having to deal with traffic.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service, allowing me to keep my baggage after check-out and even arranging airport drop-off without me requesting it. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a wide variety of options for all nationalities. The rooms were clean and the reception staff were friendly. The hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to the city center by taxi and close proximity to shops and restaurants. I was extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, upgrading our room to an executive suite after a tiring journey from Kazbegi. The hotel was very clean and the location was fantastic, offering easy access to both Tbilisi city and Kazbegi. The breakfast was delicious, and we were even allowed to extend our stay at the last minute. The hotel provided great value for money, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.
