We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to Northwestern Univ, shops, and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room and comfortable bed made for a great experience. The hotel's facilities and friendly staff added to the positive experience. The breakfast provided plenty of options and the veranda was a lovely place to enjoy it.

The location was also great - close to the beach and near the center of town in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that it was situated in an attractive historical suburb. it was a great experience!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in a great neighborhood and close to everything, yet it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that had a preppy look. The bathroom was a standout, with a heated floor and a great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for dinner. Additionally, the lobby was comfortable and appealing, with a front veranda that had rocking chairs and tables. The hotel's location was also convenient, with restaurants and coffee shops just a short 5-minute walk away.

We loved the classic old hotel with its character and charm. The cleanliness and comfort of our room were excellent. The hotel facilities were great, including the free parking in a nearby parking garage. The location in a wonderful neighborhood close to the train station and within easy walking distance to Northwestern University was perfect. The breakfast served at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a variety of options such as hard-boiled eggs and cheese along with the usual Continental Breakfast carbs. The staff was attentive and courteous, making our stay even more enjoyable.
