We loved the location of the hotel as it was within walking distance to downtown Hilo and many major attractions. Queen Liliuokalani Park, which was a short walk away, provided a beautiful and relaxing setting. The hotel also offered bikes for transportation, which was a convenient option. Additionally, the hotel had a variety of dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring we always had something delicious to eat. We especially enjoyed the nightly happy hours, where we could wind down and meet new people. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The location was perfect for attending my daughter's UH graduation and exploring downtown Hilo and the major attractions. The hotel facilities and the parking were excellent. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the upstairs bar in Hula Hulas.

I had a fantastic stay here. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff were professional and friendly. The lobby was absolutely beautiful, with comfortable seating and a stunning view of the ocean. I loved feeling the breeze and seeing the ocean from the moment I arrived. Although there was no direct beach access, there was a nearby beach within walking distance. The hotel also had a private section along the ocean, next to the swimming pool, where I could touch the water. The room, although not very spacious, was well-designed and clean. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, ocean view, and friendly staff made my stay memorable.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with good access to restaurants and main routes in and out of the city. The outdoor grounds were beautifully maintained, providing a picturesque environment to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
